Terms of Service
1. Who we are
VibeTow is operated by Lone Stack LLC, a Wyoming, United States limited liability company (“we”, “us”). Contact: [email protected].
Registered address: 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801-6317, United States.
The service is offered globally. Christian Anese, who delivers the work, is based in South Tyrol, Italy. EU customers are in scope.
2. What VibeTow is
VibeTow provides fixed-price fixes for apps built with AI tools (including Lovable, Bolt, Replit, Cursor, v0 and Base44). We fix the app you already have. We do not rebuild from scratch unless a quoted part of the work says so.
Published paid tiers (USD, billed by Lone Stack LLC):
- Free Tow Check — diagnosis plus a fixed quote, within 24 hours on weekdays.
- Jump Start — $249 — one issue, fixed in 48 hours.
- Tow & Repair — $799 — up to 5 related issues, fixed in 72 hours.
- Road-Ready — $1,500 — security and launch review plus up to 5 fixes, done in 5 days. This is a practical launch review, not a security audit, pen test or certification.
Keep It Running (monthly care) is listed as coming soon and is not offered under these Terms until a price and scope are published.
Not included: new features, redesigns or native mobile apps. If a job turns out bigger than its tier, we ask before any extra work starts.
3. How a job works
- Free Tow Check. You send an app link, a short description of what is broken, your email and (optionally) a screen recording. We reply with a plain-English diagnosis and a fixed price within 24 hours on weekdays. Nothing is charged for the Tow Check.
- Approve the fixed price. One price, agreed up front. It does not change once work starts. If you say no, you owe nothing.
- Access. For the fix, you invite us to your GitHub repo or your Lovable, Bolt or Replit project. We never ask for passwords, API keys or .env files. Rotate any keys after the job.
- Delivery. Fixes are made on a separate branch and tested on a preview deploy first. You review and merge. Nothing reaches your users without your OK. You also get a short plain-English report of what was broken and what changed.
The turnaround clock (48h / 72h / 5 days) starts when you approve the price and we have the access we need.
Early clients may receive founding-client pricing. Any such offer is stated in the Tow Check reply for that job; these Terms do not publish a public discount percentage or a limited “first N” count.
4. No fix, no charge · 7-day re-fix
These match the guarantees on the site:
- No fix, no charge. If the Tow Check shows a problem we cannot fix at a fixed price, we tell you before any money changes hands. If a paid fix does not fix the issue we quoted, you get a full refund of what you paid for that job. No arguments.
- 7-day re-fix. If something we fixed breaks again within 7 days of delivery, we fix it again for free.
We do not add other refund windows, SLA credits or “miss the deadline and you don’t pay” promises beyond what the site already states.
5. Your responsibilities
- You have the right to give us access to the project and to authorize the work.
- You do not send passwords, API keys, secrets or production .env files by email or form.
- You review and merge the branch. Production remains under your control.
- You keep backups of anything important before inviting us in.
- You pay only after you approve a fixed price, by card through our payment processor.
6. Fees and payment
Prices are in USD and billed by Lone Stack LLC. You pay by card only after you approve a fixed price.
Lone Stack LLC is the seller. Card payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe, LLC and, for customers in Europe, Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, as applicable). Stripe is the payment processor, not the merchant of record. VibeTow never receives or stores your full card number; Stripe handles card data under its own terms and privacy notice. Any taxes Stripe or Lone Stack LLC is required to collect will appear at checkout or on the invoice.
Unless the “no fix, no charge” or 7-day re-fix sections apply, fees for completed approved work are non-refundable.
7. Intellectual property
Your code stays yours. You own every line we write for your project. Fixes land on a branch you review and merge. When the job is done, we remove our access.
You grant us a temporary, limited licence to access and change the project only as needed to perform the quoted work.
VibeTow’s name, logo, site copy and branding remain ours.
8. Confidentiality
We only touch what we need to fix the issue. We do not copy your users’ data for our own use. We will sign an NDA if you ask. When the job is done, we remove our access.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use VibeTow for unlawful apps, to harm others, or to ask us to break into systems you do not control. We may refuse or stop a job that falls outside our published scope or that we reasonably believe is unlawful or unsafe.
10. Disclaimers
Except for the “no fix, no charge” and 7-day re-fix promises above, the service is provided as described in the quote for that job. Road-Ready is not a guarantee that your app is free of all security issues. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms (Lovable, Bolt, Replit, Supabase, Stripe, Vercel and the like).
11. Liability
Business clients. If you buy VibeTow as a business (including a founder or company acting for a business), then to the fullest extent allowed by law Lone Stack LLC’s total liability arising out of a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages, or for losses caused by third-party platforms, your merge decisions or access you grant to others.
Consumers. If you are a consumer (buying mainly for personal use), the cap above does not limit our liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by our act or omission, for fraud, or for any other liability that mandatory local law does not allow us to limit. EU/EEA/UK consumer rules — including unfair-contract-terms rules such as Directive 93/13/EEC and, where Italian law applies, the Codice del Consumo — continue to apply and may give you rights that cannot be waived.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence say otherwise (including for EU/EEA/UK consumers, who keep their mandatory local rights and, where the law requires, access to their local courts).
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Material changes for an open paid job will be communicated to the email you used for that job.
